Was the in-person class that you were registered for cancelled? Did you attend an on-demand or live stream version of class? If you answered yes to either of these questions, you are eligible to attend the in-person version of the same class that you were registered for, free of charge.

Please complete the form to be included on the roster for the in-person class that you wish to attend. By filling out this form, you will be put on the class roster without getting billed twice. After successful completion of the form below, you will receive email confirmation stating that you are registered for class.
