Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and when registering you are presented with this option.

What is the cancellation policy?
** ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH EMAIL to streetcoptraining@gmail.com  Subject titled Course Cancellation, with date of class
Agencies will receive a full refund on cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the scheduled course.  Those who cancel within 14 days of the course will be responsible for the full registration fee.  However, we will hold that amount as a credit for attendance to any future class for any student from said agency.  
Credits DO NOT expire but asked to be used within the year of the original class date

Can I attend on my own time or do I have to be sent by my police department?

 Yes, your agency information is asked during registration for internal purposes but as long as you choose to pay by paypal/credit card we will NOT contact your department for anything.

Do you except purchase orders for payment?

Yes, just choose “invoice” at the end of registration and invoice, W9 and business cert will be generated and emailed. From there, your agency can send us a purchase order and generate payment.

Can I be switched to a different class in case I can't make the one I'm registered for?

Yes, email streetcoptraining@gmail.com to make the proper
arrangements.

Do I need to bring any type of confirmation to class?

No, once registered – you will be placed on a class roster and your ID will be checked the day of class. You will receive an email the week before class with more details. 

Where can I download a W9 and/or Business Certificate?

You can view and download our 2019 W9 by clicking here. Additionally, if you need a copy of our business certificate, click here

Can I replace someone registered for an upcoming class with another person from my agency?
Yes, please email us at streetcoptraining@gmail.com with the registered students name along with the name of the student that will be taking his/her place.
We will email confirmation of the switch 
Can I obtain a course description to submit to my department?

Yes, email us at streetcoptraining@gmail.com with the course you would like a description of and we will send it over 

When is the latest I can register for a course?

The registrations are open until 8:55am the day of class.
