Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel…No problem!

All cancellations must be submitted through the cancellation form.

OPTION 1: If the in-person class you are registered for is available on-demand and you are canceling at least 14 days prior to the class you can opt to receive access to that course virtually. In addition, you will receive admission to the same in-person course at a later date. This offer does not expire and can be redeemed at any time. It MUST be the same course, it cannot be a different course.

OPTION 2: If the in-person class you are registered for is NOT available on-demand and you are canceling at least 14 days prior to the class you can opt to receive a credit for the course that you can redeem at a later date. This offer does not expire and can be redeemed at any time. It MUST be the same course, it cannot be a different course.

OPTION 3: You may request to forego attending any type of training, and receive a full refund for the course, if you have provided 30+ days notice. Cancellations must be made 180 days or more in advance of the Annual Conference start date to receive a 100% refund.
