Michael Brazil began his law enforcement career in 2005 and is currently serving as a Patrol Supervisor for the City of Crown Point. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served in the Military Police Corps and was deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Recently, Brazil graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2019 with a Juris Doctor. Since then, he has been admitted to practice law in both the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He excels at legal research, and he is often sought out by fellow officers to locate case law pertinent to their situation.
